Reservation – For karatekas who are not competing in the Dageki 2024:

• 9 to 17 years old – 10th Kyu (White Belt) to Black Belt – with parental consent
• 18 years old and over – 10th Kyu (White Belt) to Black Belt

Please fill out and submit the reservation form below no later than May 18, 2024.

• One form per participant.
• The $75CAD fee per participant is payable by credit card when making the reservation.
