COMPETITION EVENTS
- Kata – 4 years old & over – 10th kyu to Black Belt
- Fighting with protection gear – 4 years old & over – 10th kyu to Black Belt
- Elita Kata – 16 years old & over – 1st kyu to Black Belt
- Elite Fighting (Knockdown) – 18 years old & over – 4th kyu to Black Belt
NB: A competitor cannot be enrolled in both Kata and Elite Kata nor in both Fighting (with protection) and Elite Fighting.
ONLINE REGISTRATION FROM MARCH 15 TO MAY 8, 2024
All schools and competitors must register during this period. No registration will be accepted after May 8, 2024.
Competitors enrolled in Elite Full Contact Fighting (Knockdown) must also fill out and submit the online Personal and Medical Forms to ensure their participation.

Three opportunities are offered at Centre sportif Pierre-Charbonneau:
- Friday, May 17 – 11h00 – 13h00
- Friday, May 17 – 18h00 – 20h00
- Saturday, May 18 – 8h00 – 10h30
PARKING
Parking will be available ($) at Centre Pierre-Charbonneau and at « Espace pour la vie ».

Drinks and snacks will be on sale on site.
